Pat,

The house looks fantastic, and you and Jacob worked your tails off to make it look that good. If the rest of the people we had work on our house had the attention to detail and flexibility you had, we would have had it sold by now.

What I am trying to say is "thank you". We appreciate everything, and will recommend you to anyone we know who needs painting.

To whom it may concern,

We hired Pat McCoy of Real McCoy Painting to paint the outside of our house in Littleton in the fall of 2010. We were very pleased with his work. We have a fairly large house, and didn't want to do it ourselves.
 

He spent a day prepping the house, scrapping off flaking paint. He also pressure washed the outside. He primed the areas that needed priming that showed bare wood, and caulked the joints that had spread apart. He spent a day masking everything off.
 

It only took his crew 1 day to paint the base coat, and 2 more days doing all the trim. The finished job looks very professional, with tight lines in the corners and no slop. And there aren't any paint blotches on the concrete or windows.
 

We are very happy we hired him to do the job. He used a very high quality of paint (Kwal Liquid Vinyl) and the siding looks brand new. We highly recommend him and his crew to anyone for painting needs, and we will use him again. They worked full days to get the job done.

To Potential Customers of Pat McCoy:

Pat and one helper painted my home on June 21 to 24, 2010. My home is a two story with considerable complimentary color trim. I am fully satisfied with the results of Pat's paint work.

Adequate attention was given to preparation (scraping and primer painting) of surfaces which were pealed and weathered. The team did an acceptable job of clean-up each evening before leaving. They took sufficient time in hand painting of trim to assure good coverage and neat trim lines.

Pat's bid was not my lowest, but I am confident I received the better result for the expense because of the attention and time given to preparation and paint coverage of surfaces and detail in painting of trim. I expect to experience a longer period of time before repainting is required from Pat's work than I would from a couple of other bidders who estimated doing the work quickly with regard to surface preparation and trim painting.
